examines thinking, emotional, body and language patterns and makes alterations to these patterns, for more positive outcomes.

If your life is working well, then leave it alone, however, if you think you have blocks or sabotage patterns, then these can be altered at the subconscious level, for major changes to occur.

NLP is an abbreviation for Neuro-Linguistic Programming and basically is a collection of mental tools that are utilised to create change as you expand your mind.

N: ‘Neuro’ relates to the neurological functions of the body, such as those run by the autonomic nervous system. Skin tone, skin colour, heartbeat, pulse rate, perspiration, swallowing, eye movements and so on.

L: ‘Linguistic’ refers to the language of the body – head movements, hand gestures, body posture, verbal language such as speech tone, inflections, accent, volume, rate of speech, and speech patterns.

P: ‘Programming’ refers to the way that we would appear to be programmed to think, speak and act or behave in an automatic fashion.
